H1N1 Flu
Nowadays, H1N1 virus, better known as swine flu, continues to infect people across the globe, but there is a growing sense among public health officials that the newly evolved influenza strain is mild, at least for now. So, actually how much you know about this disease?What is the H1N1 influenza?
It is a respiratory disease of pigs caused by type A strains of the influenza virus. It regularly causes high flu outbreaks in pigs but with low death rates.
How does it spread?
Influenza H1N1 viruses do not typically infect humans though they do occur through close proximity or contact with infected pigs or contaminated areas. Cases of human-to-human spread have been documented.
What are the symptoms?
The symptoms are similar to those of regular flu:
- Fever
- Lethargy
- Runny nose
- Cough
- Sore throat
- Lack of appetite
- Vomiting and diarrhoea in some cases.
Can people catch A (H1N1) flu by eating pork?
No. The H1N1 viruses are not transmitted by food. Eating properly handled and cooked pork and pork products is safe. Cooking pork to an internal temperature of 70ºC and above kills the swine flu virus. So, it is exactly safe to eat pork, but i also got some worried while eating that, hehe! Better do not eat (so much) lah... Haha!!
What can I do to protect myself from the A (H1N1) flu?
There is no vaccine available right now to protect against the H1N1 flu.
However, you can help prevent the spread of germs that cause respiratory illnesses like influenza by:
- Covering your nose and mouth with a disposable tissue or handkerchief
- Wash your hands often with soap and water
- Try to avoid close contact with sick people.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth.
- Consult your nearest healthcare facility if you think you have any of the symptoms.

Today, i received a mail... then only i realized that the serial identity number of the mobile phone can check for the origins of the handphone... U can try this!!! Haha...mine one is made in Finland...
Press the following on your mobile *#06# and the-international mobile equipment identity number appears. Then check the 7th and 8th numbers:
IF the Seventh & Eighth digits are 02 or 20 this means your cell phone was assembled in China which is low quality
IF the Seventh & Eighth digits are 08 or 80 this means your cell phone was manufactured in Germany which is fair quality
IF the Seventh & Eighth digits are 01 or 10 this means your cell phone was manufactured in Finland which is very Good
IF the Seventh & Eighth digits are 00 this means your cell phone was manufactured in original factory which is the best Mobile Quality
IF the Seventh & Eighth digits are 13 this means your cell phone was assembled in Azerbaijan which is very Bad quality and also dangerous for your health

KML Life Spot
在KML的日子，说长不长，说短不短，只有大该短短的十个多月，说不上什么光年。
所有发生的时情就像擦肩而过。。。 来到Labuan这个小地方一开始非常不习惯。。。没有地方好逛，只有一间shopping complex，什么都没有，只有巧克力和酒freetax罢了。心想如果我可以在这地方活一年的时间，大该可算的上“伟大”这两个字吧！辛好我们一开始有很多的美中朋友一起疯疯颠颠才不会觉的闷。。。
在这里其实也没什么不完美只是摆脱不了没水的日子(有时可长大一个多星期)，生活真是令人苦不堪言，尤其是要考试的时期，没水的问题更是靠近我们。。。(叹气)，日子就更难过了。然而，这里也没有人们心中的万人迷。。。一眼望去。。。(叹气)， 都是包头的。。。(只好专心上课了)
不知不觉中在这里我们也认识了许多朋友，也和他们留下了些感情。。。有道是在家靠父母，出外呢?当然是靠朋友(一起玩)麻。。。要不然叻！这样生活才会so fun。。。说的上什么上刀山，下油涡，两背叉刀之类的(写作文经常用的夸张手法)。
可是，时光飞逝，该离开的始终都得离开，这时才发觉对这里的一切痴心决对。最近，大家都回到各自的家乡，各忙各的。。。相信时间将可把这里所发生的一切给冲淡，人们渐渐得也会把这里的一切给遗忘。。。
